  Carefully pack the items in their original sustainable packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
