Are Ere Perez products 100% natural?
Yes, we use powerful botanical ingredients and minerals to create clean formulas that are good for your skin and the planet. We avoid synthetic fragrances, parabens, and harsh chemicals.
Is your makeup range vegan and cruelty-free?
We are proud to be a cruelty-free brand certified by PETA. The vast majority of our range is vegan, with the exception of a few products containing sustainably sourced beeswax or lanolin.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your glow-to essentials even faster.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused or lightly tested items within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange.
